Many parents raising neurodiverse children feel overwhelmed, isolated and unsure where to turn. This project provides a safe and supportive space where parents can connect, share experiences and build the confidence to move forward.
This project is for:
parents of children with additional needs or suspected neurodiversity
families experiencing stress, burnout or isolation
those navigating education, diagnosis or support services
You do not need a formal diagnosis to take part.
We run regular sessions for parents that combine practical guidance, emotional support and opportunities to connect with others facing similar challenges.
Sessions include:
structured workshops on resilience, advocacy and navigating systems
informal mentoring cafés with peer support and discussion
creative and wellbeing activities to reduce stress
guest speakers sharing knowledge and practical advice
All sessions are welcoming, informal and free to attend.
Weekly sessions in a comfortable, private community setting
Two main formats:
Structured evening sessions with guided content
Relaxed café-style sessions focused on connection and support
Additional larger events throughout the year with speakers and resources
